Happy Dish Day!

This blog is meant to be a dialogue between Josh, my husband and a Taipei-born chef who has been cooking in restaurants for over ten years and myself, Naomi, a semi-professional food and recipe writer, and one-time restaurant owner from the USA. We live in Taipei, eat with disregard to pop culture, and we have a lot of opinions. If all goes as planned this blog will be available in Chinese and English. We hope to enlight what is left of the blog-reading community to our favorite restaurants, food stands, ingredients, and local Taipei traditions. It's our first post so in commemoration, I name this "Dish Day." Happy Dish Day to all.
